We all have blindspots. I see you and your brand as an outsider.
As a highly trained outside eye,
I see misalignments and places where your body doesn't match your messaging.
But, aesthetics and depth can't coexist.
This is a myth. In our highly visual world, where everyone is competing for attention, your photos must communicate your depth through unique postures and gestures. That's what grabs and holds attention.
Photographers often cue in one dimension.
They say "stand up straighter" — but that's only your vertical dimension. It doesn't work because you're only expanding in one direction, when you are three dimensional. Movement Direction expands you in all directions, vertically, horizontally, and sagittally, which fills out your body to the edges of your shape, producing a refined, commanding presence in the frame.
A photoshoot is like a performance. Knowing Pilates doesn't prepare you for that. Knowing how the body communicates and how to craft messaging with the body is the skill I bring.
I recommend at least a month in advance. Your body needs time to integrate your postures and gestures so they feel completely natural. We don't want to rush that.
